We have music and we have great vendors, but we are still missing food. What great festival is complete without food? Local restaurants and caterers always make this a very special event with amazing food from around the world. You won’t leave hungry!
Food Vendors! Once you’ve decided to participate in the festival and have completed an Vendor Application You must make sure you ALSO apply for a Temporary Event Food Permit from the Salt Lake Valley Health Department and meet their Requirements. This is VERY IMPORTANT.
The Festival is filling up fast this year and all booth spaces are now pretty much full. This years food vendors are listed below. This list is constantly being updated and can change at any time.

Do not forget all of the great 9th and 9th area restaurants. Many will be open and serving lunch throughout the festival and some will be offering special menus for the event.
