2017 Vendor Application

The festival will be held Saturday September 16th, 2017
10AM to 5:30 PM and we want YOU to be a part of it!

The festival is open to all. Our focus is to keep it neighborly and accessible for the whole family. We’re looking for variety and uniqueness. If you can offer this we’re looking for you. We have 99 booth spaces available and want to include you in our event. Your host is ELPCO – The East Liberty Park Community Organization and the East Central Community Council.

Booth spaces are approximately 10’ by 10’ and space rental is $99 to be paid with your submission. You must supply your own booth/display. If your application is accepted submissions will become property of the Festival and may be used in a festival guide or on our web page.

Refunds:
If your booth is not accepted to participate in our Festival we will refund your application fee.
We do allow cancellations up to two weeks before the festival.

Deadlines September 10th:

September 15th: Booths Assigned
